By paying the setup fee and/or starting monthly maintenance, you ("Client") agree to the following terms with Rumble in the Ozarks LLC ("we," "us").
We design and build a custom website for your business, connect a domain, set up your Google Business Profile, and apply on-page SEO, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
In some cases, we build a preview website for your business before you've agreed to anything, using photos and details we already have on hand (from your public listings, website, or other public sources) so you can see a finished example rather than a pitch. This preview is not final and creates no obligation on your part.
If you'd like to move forward, you're welcome to request that any photos, wording, or details be swapped before you approve the final site and pay the setup fee. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
You agree to provide the photos, business details, and any content we need in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may delay your launch date.
Your website is yours. While you're on monthly maintenance, we host your site and manage your domain on our end so you don't have to think about it. If you cancel maintenance, we don't take your site down — we'll help you set up your own free hosting account and move your site over so it keeps running under your name. Domain renewal (typically $10–15/yr after year one) becomes your responsibility once maintenance ends. Any support after that one-time move is billed at $50/hr.
Monthly maintenance includes up to 2 content updates per month (text, photos, hours, etc.). Larger redesigns or additional pages may involve an added cost, quoted before any work begins.
We aren't responsible for third-party outages (hosting, domain registrar, Google, Stripe) or losses from those outages. Our total liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the prior 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
